CAMP ESP™ programs, workbooks, downloads, and other digital resources are digital products intended for the personal use of the original purchaser.

Because customers receive access to digital content after purchase, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once access to the digital product has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem accessing a product you purchased, please contact us at sandy@emotionalsupportrhino.com. We will make reasonable efforts to help you receive the product you purchased.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, did not receive the product or service you purchased, or have another concern regarding a transaction, please contact us at sandy@emotionalsupportrhino.com so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Digital products are non-refundable once access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

CAMP ESP™ digital programs are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions unless a particular offer is specifically identified as a subscription before purchase.

Digital orders generally cannot be canceled once access to the purchased materials has been provided.

For scheduled coaching, Emotion Code, or other appointment-based services, we require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Any exceptions are at the discretion of The Emotional Support Rhino™.
